FIRA shall carry out its activities in the spirit of Chapter 1, Article 2 of the present constitution as follows :
- Organisation of international, regional and national conferences, conventions, seminars, courses and workshops.
- Information and documentation
- Studies and research work
- Co-ordination and promotion of activities of member organizations
- Contacts and co-operation with the other organizations
- Encouragement of joint initiatives and projects
- Presentation of issues, arranging debates on issues in order to formulate mdoel draft legislative bills
- Exchange of staff and training of group leaders
- Other appropriate measures as decided by the National Convention and the Inter Zonal Council, and
- Fund raising.
